How to Clear your Cookies

If you are having problems logging in, you may need to clear your cookies.

• 1 Internet Explorer
• 2 Mozilla Firefox
• 3 Opera
• 4 Safari

Internet Explorer

1. Click on the Tools menu, and click on Internet Options.
2. In the General tab, and in the Temporary Internet Files category, click Delete Cookies....
3. Click Ok.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Click on the Tools menu, and click on Options.
2. Click on the Privacy tab.
3. Click on Show Cookies in the submenu.
4. Click on the Remove all Cookies button.
   • Alternatively, you can click Remove Cookies and selectively remove cookies - e.g. swcs.com.au.

Opera

1. Click on the Tools menu, and click Delete private data...
2. Click on Details > and make sure the Delete All Cookies and Delete Temporary Cookies options are checked (you can uncheck the others if you like).
3. Click on the Delete button.

Safari

1. Click on the Edit menu, and click Reset Safari.
2. Make sure the Remove all cookies option is selected (you can uncheck the others if you like).
3. Click on the Reset button.
