Some Helpful Hints

New Features

• Publisher Summary Screen. When browsing specific wholesalers (or all wholesalers), the system will now provide a list of publishers and the number of publisher titles distributed by that wholesaler (or all wholesalers).
• Wholesaler Fax Numbers. Clicking on Visit a Wholesaler in the top left corner of the screen will now list fax numbers as well as phone numbers for each wholesaler.

Other Features

• When searching for a title or author, only enter as much of a phrase in the title or author's name as should match the entries as they were uploaded by the wholesalers.
  For example, if searching for titles by Watchman Nee, enter just the characters: nee w — then press <Enter> or click Search
  Those 5 characters will match all entries uploaded as Nee W and Nee Watchman
• The case of the search characters entered (i.e. whether Upper case or Lower case) does not matter.
• If scanning / searching for an ISBN, the system will look for a match regardless of the "978" prefix and the check digit. This means that for wholesalers and retailers who only have 10-digit ISBNs to search with, they will still obtain a match on the title.
• To browse a specific wholesaler, click on All Wholesalers to choose from a drop-down list of every CBAA wholesaler represented in this database table—over 140,000 titles.
• Click on All Publishers to choose from a drop-down list of every publisher associated with these CBAA wholesalers in Australia
• When the same publisher appears to be listed more than once, this is a result of wholesalers using slightly different word(s) for the publisher when uploading their titles.
• To view the date when a wholesaler last uploaded their titles, click on Visit a Wholesaler in the top left corner of the screen.
• To download a wholesaler's catalogue, click on Download Latest Data Files below. Choose frp.zip for Family Reading Publications, rba.zip for Rainbow Book Agencies, group3.zip for Care & Share / Harvest Christian Products / W A Buchanan, and ws.zip for all the other wholesalers.
