Axicorp, a telecommunications reseller (switchless) started in September 1993. It was sold to Primus Telecom in March 1996 who subsequently formed iPrimus in 1997.
Its General Manager/CEO was Paul Timmins who had held financial controller and director positions at Memorex Telex in Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong from the late 1980s to mid-1990s.
